When you go through to the checkout, select your region from the drop down box and this will give you the freight cost for the products you are purchasing.
For larger items such as filled sandbags we only ship in Auckland. The cheapest way to ship is by the pallet. There are 48 bags on each pallet, so to reduce the cost of shipping we recommend ordering 48 bags.
You can either use your credit card in Paypal payment gateway or use your paypal account to make payment. When you click the button “Proceed to Paypal” it will take you to a page. It will ask whether you would like to use your credit card or your paypal account. Sometimes it is not obvious how you can pay by credit card – read it carefully and you will find it.
Anywhere between 2-5 working days depending what you have ordered and where in the country you live. Our aim is to get your goods to you as soon as possible.

We receive your order. We process it. We ship it. 99% of the time it is that easy. If there is an issue like we are out of stock we will make contact with you immediately. You can choose to wait or we will process a refund. It’s that simple.
