East Coast Sand – 20Kg Bags
Our East Coast Sand is also known as Sandpit Sand or Dune Sand and comes from the upper North Island East Coast shoreline. It is the first choice sand for landscapers and kindergartens who are building sandpits. The reason: its light yellowish colour looks much better than the grey river sand and its fine grading retains the moisture for longer, helping our sand to clump together for longer. This means kids have more fun building sandcastles with our sand. It is also the first choice with brick mortar as it is easily coloured and gives an ultra-smooth finish over the long term.
